Twitter stated that this feature is still under development and they are looking at adding bonus content and perks for Super Followers.

Ashani says that the biggest problem with Super Followers implementation was her insistence on not neglecting her main followers. Ashani is a tarot reader and most of her clients come from her astrology tweets. These tweets often receive tons of retweets, likes, and shares. Sometimes it can feel counterproductive to limit some of her content to her Super Followingers.
“When I send messages, clients are attracted to me. I gain new followers. These followers are drawn to my work and book with me. They book with me regularly,” she stated. “And, if I only post messages on Super Followers then that’s 4.99 per month. But is that taking away the tips I could receive, the engagement that I could get and the extra clients I could get?”
Ashani cautions other content creators and owners of small businesses to think carefully about the impact Super Followers might have on their content, before they jump into the feature.
