It will take time to delete your content from the internet. In some cases it may not be possible immediately. It is worth the effort to delete any spam messages targeted at you or your company.
While you can change your username on many of these networks to conceal your real identity, it is possible to do so through the Wayback Machine or other archiving tools.
3. Keep your accounts secret
You can make your social media accounts private if you feel that going off-grid is an extreme sport. Even though your profile is private, your profile picture and name may still be visible and searchable by Google.
