Live updates: Access has been granted to some Buffer Accounts. Here’s the latest

1,552 accounts were affected. 618 accounts had unauthorized content. Our current understanding is that Buffer was used to gain access, but not individual accounts. However, we aren’t certain.

Update 1: February 26, 2005, 5:05 EST

We have learned that access to several Buffer accounts was gained, which were used to spread support to Russia’s invasion in Ukraine. This is extremely concerning. There is no evidence of Buffer being breached. As we learn more, we will update this thread.
