Scoop.it has been providing content solutions for both individuals and businesses for years. Scoop.it customers often have questions about the differences in solutions and which solution is best for them. These differences are summarized in this article.
Create a private space for content and work together as a team using Scoop.it Enterprise
Enterprise is unique in that it allows you to create a private, collaborative space. This functionality allows you to manage who has access to what content topics and which team members.
It doesn’t mean you have to do it all alone. You may need to work with others to create high-quality content about a topic. Scoop.it Enterprise makes this possible.
The PLUS plan can only be used by one person and is open to everyone.
Use Scoop.it Enterprise to create white-label newsletters with all types of content
Scoop.it’s newsletter feature is a key component. It allows you to quickly send marketing intelligence to larger audiences in just a few clicks. A limited version of the PLUS plan is available. Here are the PLUS newsletters:
- The PLUS plan allows you to use the Scoop.it editor to create great newsletters in just a few mouse clicks.
- Then you can choose how to export your newsletter. You can send your newsletter through Scoop.it but you are limited to 50 recipients if you have the Plus plan.
-
The PLUS version includes the Scoop.it logo in your newsletter.
You can either use the templates already created or create your own using the drag-and-drop tool. You can choose the location of posts, images, and text within your newsletter.
Then you can create your newsletter using your template. Add your post by using a drag-and-drop.
Enterprise users also have the option to automate their newsletter creation. You can choose the date, time, and topics that the newsletter content should be created. Your newsletter will be sent to you by email when it is complete. The newsletter will be available for you to review, amend or send.
You can access analytics for your newsletter if you send it through Scoop.it’s campaign.
Use Scoop.it Enterprise to expand your content research, discovery, and monitoring.
Scoop.it PLUS offers content suggestions and results that are based on simple queries. Enterprise provides more powerful content discovery capabilities. Scoop.it Enterprise lets you create advanced Boolean queries, which allow you to refine and manage your queries with greater accuracy. These queries can be structured to include and exclude words and phrases at different levels (titles, URLs, etc.) while also linking search levels through ‘ands’ and ‘ors. This is how it looks:
Scoop.it PLUS offers more content suggestions than just the basics:
There’s more! Enterprise gives you the ability manually manage your sources. These sources include RSS feeds, Twitter lists and users, YouTube channels and many more. This is an example of how these sources are set up and how easy it is to organize them for enterprise-level content monitoring.
After you have added sources, filter them to find specific topics and themes. You can then quickly and easily access, edit, and publish them:
The PLUS plan doesn’t allow you to manage your sources but you can still use the suggested content
Scoop.it Enterprise provides aggregate white labeled content curated across multiple blogs and websites through Aggregate
You can integrate content directly on one WordPress website with the PLUS plan. This is sufficient for some cases. However, for other use cases or agencies with more complicated structures, multiple websites integration may be necessary. Scoop.it Enterprise makes this possible. Enterprise allows you to connect multiple websites to your research topic. There are also options to integrate specific projects, such as our API.
